Saturday Super Store Training Schools
Plans are now confirmed for our Saturday winter traininig sessions With Mark Jones and Mark Thomas. The plan is 9am start at the CMX Centre Cardiff every Saturday till the mx season starts back up, nine am till twelve noon, all for a Bargin Tastic price of £45 per rider per session.The plan is to hold these sesssions as regular as possible and also making them as cheap as possible during these credit crunching times, so you the rider can obtain the biggest improvements using our unique training plan, gaining the top results when the season starts back up.Over the weeks we hope to cover a wide range of Topics such As
· Throttle control
· Balance and on bike co-ordination
· Cornering, ruts, bermed and flat corners
· Braking
· Accelerating
· Jumps
· Physical and mental approach
· Reading the track ahead
· Passing
· Bike set-up
All sessions will include a video diary of your riding.We ll have exclusive use of the CMX Centre 9am till 11 and for the last hour we ll be working on Stamina and running sessions, and you`ll have the option to stay on and enjoy the rest of the day at CMX. All sessions you need to pre book, and sessions have limted spaces .To book call Mark on 07814 544244.
